Buyunclaimedmail.com Reviews
is Buyunclaimedmail.com legit or scam? The trust score of Buyunclaimedmail.com is very low. Why?
https://Buyunclaimedmail.com redirected to https//buyunclaimedmail.com during the time we crawled it. The website “buyunclaimedmail.com” raises several red flags that are commonly associated with scam or fraudulent activities:
1. Lack of Credible Information: The website lacks detailed information about the company, its location, and its history. Legitimate businesses typically provide this information to build trust with their customers.
2. Unverifiable Claims: The website makes bold claims about being the “#1 trusted source” to buy unclaimed mail and lost packages, but there is no verifiable evidence to support these claims.
3. Unusual Business Model: The concept of selling unclaimed mail and lost packages, especially without clear details on the source of these items, is highly unusual and raises questions about the legitimacy of the operation.
4. Vague Product Descriptions: The website’s product descriptions are vague and do not provide specific details about the items being sold, which is atypical for legitimate e-commerce platforms.
5. Lack of Security and Privacy Information: The website’s privacy policy and terms and conditions are not easily accessible, which is concerning from a data protection standpoint.
6. Overuse of Emotive Language: The excessive use of emotive language like “amazing merchandise,” “thanks for your business and support,” and “we love to hear from our customers” can be a tactic to manipulate visitors’ emotions and distract from the lack of substantive information.
7. Recaptcha and Google Privacy Policy: While the website claims to be protected by Recaptcha and the Google privacy policy, this does not guarantee the legitimacy of the site, as these features can be easily added without proper verification.
8. Limited Contact Options: The website only offers a generic contact form and does not provide a physical address or direct contact information, which is unusual for a legitimate business.
9. Recent Domain Registration: The domain was registered relatively recently, which is not necessarily indicative of a scam but can be a red flag when combined with other suspicious elements.
10. Lack of Social Proof: There are no customer reviews, testimonials, or social media links to verify the credibility of the business or its products.
Based on these observations, it is advisable to exercise caution when considering any transactions with “buyunclaimedmail.com.” It is recommended to thoroughly research the website and, if possible, seek out independent reviews or feedback from other customers before making any purchases. Additionally, using secure payment methods and being vigilant for any signs of fraudulent activity is crucial when dealing with unfamiliar or potentially dubious online platforms.”

I'm bought from them, and even though they did deliver the # of unclaimed pieces I ordered, it was obvious they sorted through them to pick out the average+ items and sell all of the low quality garbage items (even though I even ordered the "premium" package). About 90% of the items I received I will throw away as they have no use, value, or are just spare parts of a full item. They sent a lot of garbage clothes with all tags removed (not just retail, but manufacturer, care instructions, sizing etc). The few clothing items that did have tags on them were in Korean or Chinese...Meaning they were not meant for the US marketplace. Finally, they used to heat gun to black out all of the thermal labels, which I understand, the problem is they did it so haphazardly that about 95% of the packages that had plastic inside of them melted (meaning the items couldn't be called "new" as their original packaging had melted). I suppose what they are doing is legal, but its about as close to a LEGAL SCAM as you can get. |
