I have used Market Leader for 5 months and have not received the product that they promised. I was promised pre-screened, quality leads. Out of 120, 0 were interested in purchasing or selling. Some were hostile and felt they were being harassed. Not good for your image! The addresses given for leads were fake. I checked the addresses in our appraisal District website to verify. Out of 30 addresses only 5 were actually owned by the "lead" I was given. So equity and home ownership data is false and misleading. This smells of a scam. Stay away. |
