    Poor product and worst customer service

    Purchased the product and was signed up to a subscription which I organised to be cancelled. Was told it was cancelled but was charged again the next month. Contacted them again by email but they told me they were unable to do a refund or return and to contact the bank to have the money refunded which would obviously take time. Also explained that my mother was too unwell to attend the bank or contact them and they still would not refund. So we will see if they charge the account again, becauseIhighly doubt they would have cancelled the subscription when they said they had last time, but they hadn't. Worst company I have ever dealt with! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

    Scam company. I had called, emailed, etc. to cancel subscription on numerous occasions since March 2025. They finally emailed back stating no refund but they told me they cancelled the subscription for me finally! To no avail! They have now charged my account 2 more months for said subscription! I now am in the process of filing FRAUD against them on my CC! If your product is any good, it's been ruined by your business practices of fraudulent actions.
